The notice provides guidance on including the value of a home in net family assets starting in the eleventh year of homeownership under the HCV program. Family Unification Program (FUP) Survey 27 Jan 2012 at 7:07am On January 27, 2012, HUD published an information collection notice in the Federal Register regarding its intent to conduct a survey for research on the role of FUP vouchers in providing housing for youth aging out of foster care. The comment due date is March 27, 2012.
